Be careful what you wish for! There are a few options… debt management, debt settlement, debt consolidation, and there’s bankruptcy. The most legitimate choice is debt management but without income it’s unlikely that anything short of bankruptcy is going to work for you. How can you settle a debt without income unless you have several thousand of cash sitting around? Even the shadiest of debt settlement companies will have a hard time making arrangements to pay your debts from money you don’t have. Bankruptcy may be your best option in that case. You could consult a reputable debt management company like Consumer Credit Counseling but without an income it will be hard to make any kind of arrangements to pay what you owe in full or in part. If I were you, I would check out the services below. Just remember that anything short of paying what you owe is going to reflect negatively on your credit report. While a bankruptcy is 10 years on paper, it is a lifetime attack against your personal reputation so it should be a last resort. Bankruptcy would be for those with medical issues, divorce, loss of job, and other serious hardships. Debt management is for those who can afford to pay on the debts voluntary. Debt settlement makes you look like a deadbeat and feel like one. It’s on your record for 7 years regardless. Look at the pros and cons of each option you have. Start with the organization that can steer you in the right (and legal) direction:
I don’t know if you’ve considered debt elimination but it’s another route you can take. I chose to go with this route a year and a half ago and I was able to get rid of $9k in credit card debt. I was pretty skeptical but it was pretty much my last resort. It was that or bankruptcy. When I applied, I pretty much was ready for the worst but I ended up trusting the company I worked with and they kept in touch really well. If you take this route, do your homework. There’s plenty of legit and real companies but just as much terrible ones. In case you’re interested, left the company info and my case manager’s info in the source. Good luck. I know the pain it can bring.
By far the best debt management ever is Armored Debt Center at http://armoreddebtcenter.com/
They helped me get debt free and now I am happy.
One of the benefits of shopping online is that it helps consumer saves time. This suits the current lifestyle of most people who are rather busy and have difficulty finding time doing all their shopping at physical stores. With online shopping, they can cut down on their traveling time. Furthermore, if the product they want is not available in the physical store, they need to go to another store to find it. With shopping online, all these inconvenience can be avoided.
