I saw the samples of how they removed civil judgemnts for people as well as tax liens and i read the great articles on their website about the facts regarding why to settle or consolidate is horrible options! Thanks for the great info

No consolidation is horrible!! How in the world do you expect do get out of debt when your just going from payin the creditors a minimum each month to paying some scam comp a monthly fee?? Settlemnt also huge scam and not to mention bankruptcy which also screws ur credit!! I used a comp whos website is debtcrisissolutions(dot)com and their methods completely clean your reports and wipe out the bogus debt cause credit is not real money its a bunch of numbers in a data base!! call 347-492-4014

first of make sure you hire a debt consolidator works for you & not them self. Most of them pay them selves & your bills later then you have lawyers calling you.On the other hand I don’t make enough to pay my bills now. Before I made double payments,on time & online.I work for one of the largest retailers my hours are cut back, and days taken away. I did not create my credit CC problems the economy let me down, our people that run this country. The greed set this country in this mess. Now what?

guys i need to buy a bunch of plastic disks and plastic disk players. I also need a lot more cloths and expensive useless products that immediately lose their value. Does anybody here know of the best credit card for me to max out so that I could get all these pointless items without actually having the money now?

Thank you in advance. If i had a credit card, i’d swipe for you.

  6. kac1964 says:

Actually, they won’t do anything but harrass you for about 2 years.
Then they will file a suit against you getting a judgement against you.
Then you will pay interest and fees on all this money.
They will garnish your wages until paid in full.
    Creating a nightmare for you.
You don’t know what point you will be in your life in the years to come and the will sneak up on you creating a nightmare for you and the one you are with by this time.
So, very unwise concept you have.

well seeing as i have a JOB i can easily get an apartment , credit score or no …aww i won’t be eligible for lots of jobs ? that’s too bad because there are SOOO many jobs out there just waiting to be filled … i can still rent a car , it requires a deposit thou , same with hotels… funny i didn’t screw myself , i screwed them , and as for phone calls , i kept calling them back 3 times for every one time they called me , and now i don’t get ANY phone calls LOL … (check out my video’s )

  8. worthywads says:

A low credit score means that you will pay more in rent, will pay more in insurance, will not be able to be bonded, will not be eligible for many professional jobs, will not be able to rent a car, or stay in a hotel. Go ahead a screw yourself by stealing from a financial institution.

I think all of you should watch my video of “The Working Man” It is an original song by my son and I think it says it all. You can go to fps44 to check it out or type it in search. It is really very good!

  11. DominicMetal1979 says:

Creditors/Collection agents can call your house up to three times a day, and can call your family, friends, and place of work, under the guise of “looking for you.” There’s no law against that. They can’t say WHY they’re calling, but they can identify themselves as a collection agency, which is just as bad. It’s all legal. What is “nasty” in the eyes of the law? They can’t threaten or intimidate you with more than they can legally do to you, but there’s no law against being rude and persistant.

  12. essial says:

Take you to court and garnish your wages? Possibly. But there are federal laws about “nasty” collection calls that carry a hefty fine to any companies violating said laws. Harassment is is Harassment, be it from your ex or your creditor. Both are illegal and punishable by law.

  13. DominicMetal1979 says:

I don’t know for sure, but if you go about it the WRONG way — just refusing to pay — then the company can sue you, and then either garnish your wages, put court-ordered liens on your house (and vehicle?), or send the sheriff to auction off certain of your property. Not to mention nasty collection calls to your friends, family, and place of work. Since there is real help available, why not do it the right way?

  14. MarquisdeLafayett says:

how about these steps debt professor .

    1. MAX OUT YOUR CARD

    2. DON’T PAY ON IT ANYMORE .

What are they going to do to me , it’s unsecured debt ? soooo the worst they can do is harm my credit score right ? but if no one’s lending anymore , my credit score means WHAT again ? nothing , this is a depression .
